Chad has been in the IT field since 1998, working for the same company for the last 20 years as IT Director. From the early days of the home trade business "Computer Warriors, We Come To You," to later years of focusing on just business needs, he has worked on everything from DOS to Windows 16 Server.
We identified a need in the area for small to midsize businesses who need computer help, but without the expense of hiring a full time IT worker. Often, business solutions create unneeded expense, for example scanning to email and printing solutions need not cost hundreds of dollars a month. Cloud backups need not cut into the profit margins of the business.
